The BBC is reporting the driver of the limosine that carried Princess Diana and Dodi Al Fayed, as well as the paparazzi, are to blame for the deaths of Princess Di and Al Fayed in a limo crash in Paris in 1997. This ruling came down today by an inquest investigating the tragedy.
