URGENT PRAYER REQUEST

PRAY for my dad, who is in the Whitesburg hospital with pneumonia. I will update when necessary.

UPDATE at 4:44pm: Update on Dad: He is still in ER on oxygen. Doctors now saying that they are not sure if it is really pneumonia. More updates as soon as I can receive them.

UPDATE at 9:51pm: Dad has pneumonia and will remain in the hospital through the weekend. Continue to PRAY for him.

UPDATE on Sunday at 11:44am: Just came back from seeing Dad. He will remain in hospital until Tuesday or Wednesday. Lungs are better, but there are kidney issues. PRAY.

UPDATE on Wednesday at 8:11am: Praise God...Dad is coming home from the hospital. More details soon.

UPDATE on Wednesday at 1:04pm: Dad is finally home...still having some stomach issues, but is well enough to be out of the hospital. Continue to PRAY for his recovery.

URGENT PRAYER REQUEST

PRAY for my mom....she is currently in the hospital due to breathing problems. I will post updates as soon as I can.

UPDATE at 1:41pm ET: Just found out that Mom has pneumonia. I am not sure how long she will be in the hospital. Thanks for your prayers.

UPDATE on Sunday at 3:28pm: Mom is going to be discharged from the hospital tomorrow. The doctors have told her that her lungs are "100% better". Praise God! Thanks to all of you for your prayers.

More ISP issues have prevented me from posting earlier this morning. I will resume regular blogging later today. Until then, consider this another open thread. Keep it civil and clean.

Tuesday Morning Update

Due to Internet outages yesterday afternoon and this morning plus other commitments, I was not able to post my usual "trio" posts. If all goes as planned, I will have an Afternoon Trio post later today. Also, I will have a special Christmas post later this week. Thanks for your continued loyalty. Your comments are welcome.

URGENT PRAYER REQUEST

Pray for my sister Peggy Caudill, who is in the hospital. I will post updates as soon as they are available.

UPDATE at 1:15pm ET: Peggy will continue to be in the hospital another night for observation. I will post more about her condition later today.

UPDATE at 4:56pm ET: Peggy is hoping to leave the hospital tomorrow. Here is the reason for the hospitalization: pain in the pancreas. Earlier in the week, doctors discovered a mass or tumor in the pancreas. Tests will be done on Monday to determine if it is cancerous. PRAY for her to be healed. I will post more when there are any new developments.

UPDATE on Saturday at 1:09pm ET: Peggy is feeling much better...however, she will be in the hospital for one more night. Hopefully she will be home tomorrow. Thanks for your continued prayers.

UPDATE on Sunday at 1:04pm ET: Peggy will be out of the hospital later today. I am very thankful for your prayers.
