5:22pm: The tornado watch has been cancelled for Eastern Kentucky as of 5:12pm. There are storms continuing in parts of the region, but they are weakening.
4:08pm: Based on the storm reports I've seen, hail seems to be the dominant feature with this outbreak.
3:40pm: Number of power outages climbs slightly to 136 here in Letcher County.
3:34pm ET: For the second straight Wednesday, severe weather is affecting Eastern Kentucky. A TORNADO WATCH is in effect until 6pm ET (5pm CT). Numerous warnings have been issued for the region, including a SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING for parts of Johnson and Martin counties until 4pm. 121 customers of AEP here in Letcher County are without power. I will post more updates if necessary. Post any severe weather reports in the comments section.
