Developing: Shooting in Knott County

"An Eastern Kentucky man is in the hospital after police say his brother shot him in the stomach. It happened this morning outside the Fisty Post Office in Knott County. Police say Larry Fugate was in his car outside the post office when Curtis Fugate shot him. Curtis Fugate then barricaded himself inside of a camper behind the post office before surrendering to police just before 11 this morning. Larry Fugate was flown to to a Tennessee hospital. Police have not released a motive for the shooting."
